KAŻ TA' KOOPERAZZJONI
Proġett fit-Turkija, il-flanġijiet jintużaw fil-pajpijiet tal-gass naturali. Dawk il-flanġijiet kollha huma approvati mit-TUV.China Forging Centrifugal Pump Flanges, Weld Neck Flanges2. Il-flanġijiet għandhom jiġu prodotti permezz tal-forġa.

3. Il-materjali għandhom ikunu skont l-istandards ASTM A105, ASTM A694 F65 u ASTM A694 F70.

4. Il-flanġijiet ASTM A694 F65 u ASTM A694 F70 għandhom ikunu mkessħin u ttemprati. 5. Iċ-ċertifikati tat-test tal-materjal u r-rapporti tat-trattament bis-sħana għandhom ikunu disponibbli għall-ispezzjonijiet tat-TPI.
6. Il-flanġijiet WN għandhom ikunu bit-truf imżerżqa skont l-ASME B16.25. 7. Il-valuri tat-test kimiku u mekkaniku tal-materjali (impatt, rendiment, tensjoni eċċ.) għandhom ikunu skont l-istandards relatati.
8. L-uċuħ kollha għandhom ikunu maħduma bil-magni u verniċjati b'żejt trasparenti biex jipprevjenu s-sadid. 9. L-immarkar għandu jinkludi l-informazzjoni li ġejja,
• Dijametru (es. 6”) • Klassi tal-pressjoni (es. 150 LB)
• Grad ta' Materjal (esp. ASTM A 105) • Ħxuna tal-ħajt (esp. 4,78 mm)
Material • Standard tal-produzzjoni (ASME B16.5)10. Il-materjali għandhom ikunu ħielsa minn kwalunkwe difetti u xquq fil-wiċċ. It-tiswijiet tal-iwweldjar huma strettament ipprojbiti.
11. Il-flanġijiet kollha għandu jkollhom wiċċ imqajjem (RF) b'wiċċ tas-siġillar. Il-wiċċ tas-siġillar għandu jkun Ra 3,2 – 6,3 µm (125 – 250 mic. inc.) skont l-ASME B46.1.12. Il-materjali għandhom jiġu ppakkjati biex jipprevjenu ħsara lill-magni, u lill-uċuħ tas-siġillar.
13. Id-dimensjonijiet kollha għandhom ikunu f'tolleranzi pożittivi (+). Tolleranzi negattivi huma strettament ipprojbiti.14. Il-bevellings tal-flanġijiet għandhom isiru skont l-ASME B16.25.
15. Il-proċess tal-manifattura se jiġi ċċekkjat fi kwalunkwe ħin minn TPI.16. It-TPI jista' jieħu kampjuni minn kwalunkwe materjal għal kampjun ta' test kimiku/mekkaniku.
17. Ir-rapport tal-ispezzjoni li jkun dieħel għandu jiġi rivedut mit-TPI.
